## What happens after you reach out?

Three things, in order: we talk through what you need, we walk the property, and you receive a written scope with a schedule. Work begins only after you approve it.

1

The conversation

Five minutes on the phone about the property, the problem, and the timing.

2

The walkthrough

We see the space in person, photograph conditions, and confirm the real scope.

3

The written scope

Scope, price, and schedule in writing. You approve before anything starts.
